San Francisco Design Week Facts
AIGA San Francisco will host “Design Makes a Difference Week” in San Francisco, June
14–20, 2010. SF
Design Week reaches out to a diverse community of over 20,000 Bay Area
design professionals as well as local businesses, non-profits,
entrepreneurs, students, the design-savvy public, tourists, and more.
As part of SF Design Week, AIGA
SF will be partnering with other organizations to present a full week of events highlighting the diversity
and professionalism of the design community around the bay. Our goal is
to raise public awareness of the impact that all design—graphic,
product, interior, fashion, architecture, advertising, et cetera—has in
the San Francisco Bay Area.
How can you get involved? Hold an opening, host a
lecture, create an exhibit, collaborate on a runway show or organize a
tour and you join with us as we show off the many splendors of Bay Area

Open Studios | Design
The Studio Crawls will tour studios of all disciplines on both Tuesday,
June 15th and Thursday, June 17th. We are organizing the nights by
area. Each studio will be open for approximately 45 minutes for viewing
and visiting before everyone moves to the next scheduled location. If
